About the Artist

I’m Laura Simpson, an award-winning, published photographer with a deep love for the Ozarks and the God who made them. My work is about translating creation into something you can feel—quiet, wonder, belonging. Each image is crafted to hold a moment of peace and awe, so that when you live with it, you sense the same connection to the land that I felt when I pressed the shutter.

Lake Therapy Photography began around Lake of the Ozarks, and that place will always be part of my story. These days, my work is based near Alton, Missouri, with a focus on fine art nature prints, digital downloads, and select outdoor sessions in Oregon County and the surrounding Southeast Missouri area.
